Your trust matters to me. Here’s what information I collect on valensollo.com, what I use it for, and how you can ask me to change or delete it.

Who I am

This website belongs to Valentina Sollo. If you have any questions about your information, email me at hola@valensollo.com or write to PO Box 1196, Rincón, PR 00677-1196.

What information I collect

When you download the free guide: your name, your email address, the stage of your business and, if you choose to share it, what you find hardest about marketing. I also save the language of the page where you signed up.
When you send a testimonial: what you write in the form, such as your name, email, business, town, Instagram, your testimonial and, if you upload one, your photo. I also save how you want your name to appear and whether you give me permission to publish it.
When you buy the course: the purchase happens on Stan Store, which processes the payment. I never see or store your card details.
When you email me: your email address and what you tell me in your message.

This website doesn’t use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. Like any website, the service that hosts it may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, for security.

How I use it

To send you the guide you asked for.
To send you emails with marketing tips and news about the Zero to 5 Stars course, including your founding member discount.
To answer your messages and questions.
To publish your testimonial only if you gave me permission, and in the way you chose.
To better understand what female entrepreneurs need, so I can improve my content and the course.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your information. I use these services to run the website, and each one has its own privacy policy:

Netlify: hosts the website and receives the forms.
Zapier: passes your form information to my email list.
Mailchimp: stores my list and sends the emails.
Stan Store: sells the course and processes payments.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Your emails

You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to me. Once you unsubscribe, I won’t send you any more marketing emails.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also withdraw permission to use your testimonial. Email me at hola@valensollo.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you’re on my list or until you ask me to delete it. I keep testimonials for as long as I have your permission to use them.

Security

I use well-known services that protect the information they store. Still, no system on the internet is 100% secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.

Minors

This website and the course are for people 18 and older. I don’t knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent me their information, email me and I’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, I’ll let you know by email.
